Conrad, PLLC represents financial institutions that extend credit through loans and other transactions involving the use of credit. We have the ability and experience to manage both large corporate and middle-market financings through our Lending Practice, due to our in-depth understanding of covenants, subordination provisions, inter-creditor issues, title due diligence matters, and other challenging commercial and legal issues that arise in commercial real estate financings, construction loans, and energy facilities. In the traditional sense, our experience with these types of loans includes first lien, second lien, subordinated, and limited or non-recourse financing mechanisms.
